The Placement department is an integral part of GMIT connecting students of the various departments. The department has the best infrastructure for the smooth conduction of training and placement activities. The department works in close co-ordination with the Industry Relations Executives and the Department Placement Coordinators which comprises of both students and faculty members nominated from individual departments. The department has been instrumental in providing necessary skill set to all UG and PG students to develop their employability skills, leadership qualities and personality development. The major objective of campus placement is to identify the talented and qualified professionals before they complete their education. It provide employment opportunities to students who are pursuing or in the final stage of completing the course. Placement Department is established as an integral part of the College with an active role in career services for the qualified students. The aim is to find "Right Job for the Right candidate". We are committed for "EXCELLENCE IN CAREER GUIDANCE" and to achieve good placements. Services are provided throughout the year to prepare students and help secure placements. Every student pursuing a professional career in engineering has an ambition to obtain a challenging job in a company of repute and make a successful career. The Department conducts various training sessions for students by eminent trainers from the industry and conduct workshops, Technical Talk and seminar to enhance their skills.
